التسيير هو من بين المهام اللتي ظاهريا تبدوا سهلة إذا توفرت الموارد و الامكانيات الكافية ولكنه يزداد صعوبة إذا كان الأمر يتعلق بتدبير ميزانية و معطيات قليلة و ضعيفة من أجل تحقيق أهداف كبيرة . وهذا ما نراه في التدبير المنزلي بحيث ان كثيرا من الرجال يطلبون من زوجاتهم تسيير شؤون المنزل بميزانية قليلة مما يضطر هؤلاء النساء الى التقشف تارة والى ابتكار حلول إبداعية لتعويض هذا النقص من مأكل و لبس وغير ذلك من الحاجيات الضرورية للحياة .ولكن ما يقع ان بعض الرجال يعتادون على هذا النظام ورغم انه تتحسن مواردهم المالية يحافض على نفس ميزانية التسيير من اجل المزيد من الادخار وهو ما يكون مستحيلا مع غلاء المعيشة و ازدياد طلبات البيت . وندخل في تسيير بدون جودة سواء في التعليم او الاكل والصحة.وبذلك ترسيخ عقلية الترقيع و البريكولاج . 

في حين أن المثل القديم يقول بان :الشاطرة تغزل الثوب اذا كانت بدون ايدي برجل الحمار.

مثل هاته الامثال اللتي تخدم مصلحة جهة معينة اكل الدهر عليها وشرب فاليوم التسيير هو تدبير موارد جديدة عوض التقشف والبخل في صرف الموارد و الامكانيات المتاحة .فالضحية هي الجودة .ففي الدول المتقدمة .الاجور هي مرتفعة ولكن ذلك يجب ان يوازيه استهلاك مرتفع من اكل جيد وصحة في المستوى وبالتالي المستخدم يتلقى اجرا مرتفعا من اجل ان يربي ابناء اقوياء صحيا وعقليا . كي يستطيعوا رفع المردودية الإنتاجية .عوض ان نصرف القليل ونطالب بالمعجزات .

اذن العالم اليوم يتجه إلى تدبير يعتمد على خلق الثروة والموارد الجديدة و التنمية المستديمة عوض العيش على بئر ماء نعتقد أنه لن يجف ابدا لأننا نعتمد ترشيدا للاستهلاك .وفي الحقيقة ماهو الا تقشف . لا يعطي جودة تستطيع ان تنافس في الاسواق

In developed countries, wages are high, but that must be matched by high consumption of good food and health in the standard, and thus the user receives a high wage in order to raise healthy and mentally strong children.
