النجاح العادي Ordinary success

كثيرا ما تعرضنا الى تصنيف المجتهد و الكسول في عدة مجالات خاصة الدراسية منها .فطالما تم تصنيف البشر الى اناس مجاهدين و اخرين كسالى. وهو تصنيف غبي واحيانا عنصري .لماذا لانه لا يوجد اصلا شخص مجتهد وناجح دائما.واخر فاشل طول حياته. فهته صور نمطية الغرض منها تلجيم الأفراد كي لا يكون لديهم طموح للنجاح. .عقلية العبيد هته. انتهت و ذلك بعد بروز مفهوم الاحتراف . واللذي لا يهتم بالصور بقدر ما يعطي الأولوية للعمل. وذلك بتقدير الاعمال اللتي يقوم بها الشخص دون النظر كثيرا الى تاريخه الناجح. فلاعب كرة القدم مهما كان مشهورا و لديه شعبية .فإذا لم يكن جاهزا يوم المباراة او خلالها فعقلية الاحتراف تحتم عليه بأنه هو من يطلب التغيير. لا ان يتدمر و يغضب من المدرب اللذي طالبه بالخروج من الميدان و تغييره بلاعب اخر اكثر جاهزية . لان الناجح هو من يقوم بعمله جيدا الان وليس في الماضي .فنحن نعيش في الحقيقة الحاضر فقط .دائما .عقلية المحترف لا تعترف بالمجتهد الناجح دائما و لا الكسول الفاشل .فهته ليست عقيدة نرسخها في عقول اطفالنا .فمن يقوم بعمله بشكل جيد نشجعه ونكافؤه.وانتهى الأمر .ومن لم يحسن القيام بعمله نعاقبه.ونوبخه.ونقطة نهاية ..فليس هناك نجاح دائم ولا فشل دائم.بل إن النجاح الحقيقي هو من يعتبره  الناس شيئا عاديا يمكن القيام بأحسن منه مستقبلا. لا أن يصنفه كرقم قياسي لا يمكن تحطيمه مستقبلا

We are often subjected to the classification of the hard-working and the lazy in several fields, especially the academic ones. As long as people are classified into Mujahideen and others lazy. It is a stupid classification and sometimes a racist. Why is it because there is no hardworking and always successful person in the first place, and a failure throughout his life? These are stereotypes intended to curb individuals so that they do not have an ambition to succeed. This slave mentality. And that ended after the concept of professionalism emerged. He who does not care about images as much as gives priority to work And that is by appreciating the work that a person does without looking too much at his successful history. A football player, no matter how famous and popular, is if he is not ready on or during the match, then the professional mentality makes it imperative that he is the one who is asking for change. Not to be destroyed and angry with the coach who asked him to leave the field and change him to another player who is more ready. Because the successful is the one who does his work well now and not in the past. We live in the present reality only. Always. The mentality of the professional does not recognize the always successful hardworking nor the lazy lazy. It is not a doctrine that we instill in the minds of our children. He who does his work well is encouraged and rewarded. And it is over. The matter. He who does not do his job well, we will punish him. We reproach him. And an end point .. There is neither permanent success nor permanent failure. Rather, true success is what people consider something normal and better than it can be done in the future. Not to classify it as a record that cannot be broken in the future

.Nous sommes souvent soumis à la classification des travailleurs et des paresseux dans plusieurs domaines, notamment académiques, tant que les gens sont classés en moudjahidines et autres paresseux. C'est une classification stupide et parfois raciste: pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas en premier lieu une personne diligente et toujours réussie, et une autre qui échoue toute sa vie? Car ce sont des stéréotypes destinés à freiner les individus afin qu'ils n'aient pas l'ambition de réussir. Cette mentalité d'esclave. Et cela s'est terminé après l'apparition du concept de professionnalisme. Celui qui ne se soucie pas autant des images que donne la priorité au travail. Et c'est en appréciant le travail qu'une personne accomplit sans trop regarder son histoire réussie. Un joueur de football, aussi célèbre et populaire soit-il, est s'il n'est pas prêt pendant ou pendant le match, alors la mentalité professionnelle dicte qu'il est celui qui demande le changement. Pour ne pas être détruit et en colère contre le coach qui lui a demandé de quitter le terrain et de le remplacer par un autre joueur plus prêt. Parce que le succès est celui qui fait bien son travail maintenant et non dans le passé. Nous vivons uniquement dans la vérité présente. Toujours. La mentalité du professionnel ne reconnaît pas le travail acharné qui réussit toujours ni le paresseux paresseux. Ce n'est pas une croyance que nous inculquons dans l'esprit de nos enfants. Celui qui fait bien son travail est encouragé et récompensé. La question. Celui qui ne fait pas bien son travail, nous le punirons. Nous le réprimandons. Un point final. Il n'y a ni succès permanent ni échec permanent. Au contraire, le vrai succès est ce que les gens considèrent comme quelque chose de normal et de meilleur que ce qui peut être fait dans le futur. Ne pas le classer comme un record qui ne pourra pas être battu à l'avenir
